Katrin Bader Art is the journey of a life long love for art. Painting is the one thing I can do without ever getting tired of. It's all I want to do, and all I can think of, yet while doing it, I am in a state of no-mind and my thoughts just stop.
I love to be there. First as a student, then as a teacher and a mother, there have been long periods in my life when I stopped painting - there was no time for it left in my day-to-day. However, it was in these moments that I realised how important it is to me. While returning to painting (in colouring books with my kids) this realisation struck me and I promised to myself to give my art space in my life. Ever since I took that decision I haven't stopped to create.
